Accepting each moment without judgement or expectation is a valuable lesson we come to understand.
As humanity is in the midst of a shift in consciousness that is unveiling a new paradigm, we are being presented with the most basic choices of fear and love.
I am being reminded of a vivid picture in my mind of a time of complete surrender. A time when I was brought to a moment where I was being embraced and carried with the flow of the moment without feeling any constraints of fear or angst or anything needing to be at all. An understanding of the release of the conscious mind, just being, accepting and in complete surrender to the present moment.
I was gifted with this incredible moment on a trip to Thailand whilst white water rafting with my family.
Upon seeing an empty river with large boulders and no water in sight except for a large dam full of water, I came to realise that this was an adventure into a man-made “white water”, unlike the incredible waters of the Tulley in Northern Queensland.
Feeling hesitant and not to spoil the fun, I went along. We were prepared for the ride with instructions to swim to the sides of the river, in case the boat would overturn.
Along the way several gates were opened to release dam water in creating stronger flow and white water. Before we knew it, our boat flipped.
I wasn’t scrambling to find and grab my husband’s arm or find a way out, instead I went with the fast river, bumping and moving along though the boulders.
There was a sense of serenity and letting go of trying anything at all, a sense of release. I remember seeing light through the water. I wasn’t thinking how and if I was breathing, or anything at all.
It was the most peaceful and serene feeling I had ever experienced in my life and a complete surrender to all that was. I felt at one with everything and everything felt within, a complete sense of oneness.
In that connection, I raised my arm up towards the sky for no particular reason, only to find myself being pulled up and out of the water onto a boat. I had travelled a fair distance down the river.
As I recalled this memory, I realised that we are now being asked to surrender, to let go of anything at all needing to be a certain way. Allowing ourselves to move and flow though the current shift and transitional time for Humanity and in that connection, to create the New Earth we wish to envisage.Accepting each moment without judgement or expectation is a valuable lesson we come to understand.
